Document and train:

Enduring tools for Teams

Commitment

Three people silhouetted looking out a windowed wall on a city scene.

Documentation and training projects are rarely light lifts. The work should result in not just immediate impact but enduring value. With updates to software and changes to technology, the content needs to easily grow and change to match. Our commitment is to provide solid, accurate, usable material now and to help position it for a long life in your learning management system, documentation platform, or however it is delivered.

Methods

Unoccupied tables and chairs in a sparse windowed office.

Deliver tools that work for the audience. E-learning courses, explanatory video, instructor-led materials, and documentation platforms are powerful when aligned to the need.

Adult learning theory is powerful and proven. Technology capabilities are available. Lions help implement the right content and platform for the need.

Case Study: Kubernetes Onboarding

To continue to thrive and to honor its values of inclusion, the open source behemoth Kubernetes needed to make onboarding easier. That is a lot to ask of a technology that no one would ever describe as easy or light.
